Project:  Historic Home Renovation.  "Susan helped us with our landscape design for a 1929 home, converting what had once been a single car garage in our basement to a future finished room with a patio entrance (door to be installed this week).  She had to deal with existing architectural details, extreme topographical variations and solve extensive drainage issues, creating two separate outdoor living spaces and a grand entrance.  She created bid documents for our projects and dealt with contractors throughout the bidding process.  Susan was great to work with.  She was always professional and is very knowledgeable.  Between her work and a great landscape contracting firm, we ended up with a landscape that we love.  I highly recommend her."   L. SALTWATER LANDSCAPING RESTORATION AND RE-VEGETATION REVIEW
Project:  Saltwater Waterfront Property.  "I hired Susan to design a vegetation plan for a salt water waterfront slope in front of my new home.  She was very sensitive to my requirement of maintaining a view over the water while at the same time meeting county requirements for slope stability and erosion control.  She selected native plants that were appropriate for the ecosystem of the sloped area.  During the process, she was my liaison to the county planning department and her plan was accepted with no modifications.  We recently reviewed the progress of the plants and found them growing and thriving.  I greatly appreciate Susan's professionalism and respect her expertise."
