Everybody!  The client, the design team, and the contractor all benefit making our landscaping projects more efficient*, more effective, and more economical.

"Our Rapid Payment Process is beneficial to both the client and contractor because we validate billing invoices with an on-site evaluation of work completed and materials delivered.  The contractor benefits because they can count on getting paid quickly which helps cash flow and keeps the project moving forward."

Our Step-By-Step Landscape Design & Construction Process

We begin with a no obligation On-Site Consultation to listen, learn and discuss your landscaping project. We discuss your vision, design styles, special needs, scheduling, budget, and any questions you may have.  After the meeting, we prepare a written summary and fee proposal for BauerCombs landscape architecture design services and project management options.  After receiving your signed proposal agreement, your project is scheduled, and the creative process begins.
