Typically, fees are estimated for each phase of the project such as, the conceptual design phase, final design phase, and implementation phase. Because every project is unique by nature, cost estimates vary from project to project. In order to provide our clients with a detailed estimate, we discuss each project on-site to fully understand the project needs, desires and overall vision. How long does it take to complete a landscape design project? For high-end residential design, it typically takes 4 weeks after the initial conceptual design has been approved. For larger estates and family compounds it may take longer but this is a good starting point for expectations. For healthcare, corporate, public parks, or other types of projects, a scoping meeting is required in order to quote an accurate timeline. What types of payments do you accept? We accept cash, checks, and PayPal. Do you do seminars or lectures? Yes. BauerCombs offers a variety of seminars, workshops and classes in the field of landscape architecture design and land planning. We are currently working on our 2026 schedule. If you are interested, please let us know! Do you do permit applications? Yes. Many jurisdictions require permits for landscape and land improvements.
