Project Implementation

• Meet with client to discuss needs, design style and construction budget.
• Begin project orientation; take site inventory and measurements.
• Review site opportunities, constraints, design ideas.
• Prepare design options and meet with client for preferred plan or combination of plans.
• Finalize preliminary plan for client’s approval.

• Finalize design and master plan.
• Prepare plans package (master plan, planting plan, plant list, dimensions and grading, lighting, irrigation).
• Prepare construction details.
• Obtain additional consultants if needed.
• Apply for required permits.

• Prepare technical specifications and bid sheet for contractors.
• Obtain construction bids.
• Conduct site visits during construction.
