Client: Community of Preston

Project Description: This project developed a conceptual master plan for three land parcels to provide active recreation opportunities.    In addition to recreation opportunities, the parcels also provided social connectivity to surrounding rural towns.   The master plan helped to create community involvement.   The project included a concept plan, circulation diagrams, and access relationships to the three parcels.   Elements of the three parcels included parking areas, sport fields, trails, gardens, focal art, restroom locations and children play areas.  

Levels of Services:   Community meetings, marketing slogans, regional planning, conceptual plan and diagrams.
