Project Descrition: The intent of this project was to create a low-cost landscape with high "curb appeal."   The Builder, who was selling the new home, needed design ideas to help expedite the sale of the property.    The design provided a formal entry, softened the edges of the house, and created a sense of invitation.   The design introduced a Mediterranean theme using mature plants, perennials, seasonal color and fruit trees.   Sketches included an entrance arbor with iron gate, stucco wall, large container pots and landscaping improvements.
