Project Description: This project entailed the design of an 18-hole golf course located over a mature and closed landfill site.   The major component of the project was an environmental assessment report, detailed site analysis and conceptual design of the course.    The assessment included landfill information (history and closure dates), drainage patterns, hydrology, soil conditions, surrounding ownerships and general site information.   It will be many years until the course is built due to needed City funding.  

Level of Services :   Site inventory and assessment, environmental assessment with maps and detailed report, parking lot design, club house location and sketches, and 18-hole golf course layout.
