Project Descrition: This project was designed as a private retreat for recreation and relaxation. The design intent was to create a native, low maintenance landscape resistant to animals, drought and fire.   Compatible plant materials and landscape elements were chosen and strategically placed to protect the buildings from natural fires.   The design had a natural-type theme displaying native plants, moss covered boulders and peeled logs.   Other design elements included stamped concrete patio, pathways, fire pit and stone patio, lighting and guest parking area.  

Level of Services:   Site inventory and assessment, preliminary and final master plan, landscape design, cost assessment, plans package (planting plan, plant list, dimensions and grading plan, lighting plan, irrigation plan, construction details, specifications, contractor's bid package), and project implementation.
