Little League Baseball Fields

Project Description: State-of-the-art baseball field with drainage system and materials for zero surface water accumulation.   A superior drainage system was needed due to the area's 75 - 95 inches of rainfall per year.   Site analysis included examination of existing soils, environmental conditions, drainage patterns, access strategies, construction and maintenance budgets and community needs.   The design included a regulation field, backstop, fences, landscaping, irrigation and spectator amenities; for example, bleachers, trails, benches and scoreboard.  

Level of Services:   Site inventory and assessment, baseball field and access design (drainage system, surface and subsurface materials), irrigation design, cost estimate, and plans package (layout plan, dimensions and grading plan, irrigation plan, construction details, specifications and quantities list).
