Project Description: The Uplands Lodge is a five-acre estate designed for seasonal color, native plants and outdoor entertainment areas. A selection of over sixty species of trees, shrubs and ground covers was chosen to create low maintenance and colorful landscape. Phase one included major landscaping and hardscapes, garden architecture, entertainment and hot tub area, children’s play area, guest parking, basketball court and lighting. The second phase included an educational pond, wildflower meadow, and a one-mile trail meandering through the forest.

Level of Services: Site inventory and assessment, preliminary and final master plan, landscape design, cost assessment, plans package (planting plan, plant list, dimensions & grading plan, lighting plan, construction details, contractor’s bid package), and project implementation.
